the applications team and inspection team have different systems and they are merged together in the RSA system (the one that provides LA/FIS's the feed... Andy Angus from Logica to Me after trying to investigate it further.

How do I clear the records that have been dealt with ?

Once the record has been completed, within the Ofsted import check you click on the row and then on the delete icon which will remove the row. They will reappear next time an import is performed, and the record's 'Last change date' will be earlier than the date provided by Ofsted in the Import, which indicates there is a change on the record.

How do I reject out of borough records ?

Are the providers currently on your system? If so they need to be removed from the Ofsted import. If they continue to cause you problems, you may need to log a Support Call so that we can check the XML that Ofsted are sending you.

How do I get rid of a weird repetition of the same info that goes to a completely different registration when you open it?

It is likely that this has been mapped to the wrong record, or alterntatively that they are both using the SAME Ofsted Ref.

How do I tell Ofsted that what they have sent is not a new registration at all but is the home address of the contact at an existing registration?
