However I did notice a number of authorities who I recognised as being Tribal Users. These included Barnet, Enfield, Halton, Herts, Solihull, Redbridge and Thurrock. (This is not intended to be a complete list) Therefore if they don't realise it yet, a number of our colleagues will be affected by this issue sooner rather than later.

To summarise:

Front end field names:	Locality, Town, County
What Tribal is currently pulling from LLPG file: Type 15 - locality_name ,	Type 15 - town_name,Type 15 - administrative_area
To adhere to PO std (which is what we need): Type 15 - locality_name,
type 24 - post_town, County - leave empty

Currently we believe it might work for some Local Authorities because the same text is held in Type 15 TOWN_NAME and Type 24 POST_TOWN.

However this will not work for Solihull as we are unable to generate correctly addresses letters from the Tribal system using LLPG. We are not in a position to move forward with implementing LLPG until this is resolved.

For ease of access I've added it here:

http://resolve.tribalgroup.co.uk/docs/IDR560EnhancementUserGuide.pdf

I've worked with Mark and Zahed previously during site visits to Kirklees and we were able then to get the KS4 data in. Syllabus Code would only be necessary if you're including it in your RM Set. If you remove Syllabus Code, it will attempt a match on the other features.

Hope that helps,

Dan
